Editorial policy

A tool is added because a public source describes it as an AI tool, not because the owner paid. A suggestion through the form is free.

Scores

A score is written on a page only if a run matches the published method, with human scorers and a saved transcript. A vendor figure, such as a percentage in a company post, stays inside a quotation.

Disputes

A score report needs evidence: version, date, and the test-set item. Without evidence we ask for it and do not change a number. A decision can be appealed once with new evidence.

Removal

We do not remove a tool because its owner dislikes a result. We remove or hide a listing if the service stopped, a trademark is misused, personal data is involved, or an error cannot be fixed.
